Drank Coconut water to hydrate
was not able to sleep well; slept about 6 hours
Lunch: Rice with Vegetables and potato chips
Dinner: Eat yogurt rice with broccoli and cauliflower
MCM 2022 Marathon on 10/30/2022
woke-up 3:00 am and could not sleep
did Vasi yoga for 3-40 minutes
4:45 AM ==> eat 4 slices of bread with Jam for breakfast
7:00 AM took the hammer pre-race Fully Charged
7:30 AM took the 4 caps of Anti-Fatigue Caps, 4 Take 4 capsules,1 hammer Gel and 1 Endurolyte Extreme
8:00 AM Race started
Planned to run 20 miles in 4 hours in 5 miles block for an hour
I think i have run too fast and exhausted by 13 miles
weather forecast was 40-60 degrees, but weather shot-up to 85 degrees
Took 1 gel, 1 endurolyte extreame capsule and 1 Anti-Fatigue Caps
Took 1 gel, 1 endurolyte extreame capsules,1 Anti-Fatigue Caps and 2 capsules of peak performance
used Vest, which not much used on the training runs, carried 1 liter of coconut water
took the water and Gaterode at every water station
At mile 14 mile felt lot of pain/ burning pain in both foot, hips, and left ancle
Used Bio Freeze and spray to move on
about mile 16 took 1 pickled Ice
about mile 22 took 1 pickled ice
all the way mile 16-26, it was not a Plesant, i mostly suffered all kind of pains.
Finished race in 5:57 minutes
Lunch: eat Lemon rice and curd rice provided by AIMS
Evening: Soaked in a tub with Epsom salt and baking soda
Dinner: Beer and vegetable Fried Rice
Sleep: slept about 8 hours

Eat 4 idlies for breakfast with chana dal chutney
2pm: GOT the Deep tissue massage
Dinner: horsegram sprouts, chana sprots, soaked peanuts
quinoa with kadapa style Dal and Yogurt
Sleep: Not so well; woke up at 2 am and could not sleep
Iced the left foot

Went for a 4.5-mile walk.
slight tender pain in the left foot heals
Iced the left foot
Breakfast: Oats Smoothie with almond milk and chia, flax seed, hemp seed and Banana
Nor felt well, so took a Advil and aspirin
Lunch: Red Rice and vegetable curry, 1/2 avocado, Rasam and Chips
